After an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order.

We reserve the right to:

  • Limit quantities purchased.

  • Request additional verification before processing an order.

Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept approved payment methods made available through our Shopify checkout.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only.

While we make every effort to ensure prompt delivery, we shall not be liable for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions.

  • Industrial action.

  • Supplier delays.

  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return, Refund & Consumer Rights Policy.

Nothing in these Terms of Service limits any rights provided under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008.

8. Product Use and Safety

Customers are responsible for using all products safely and in accordance with manufacturer instructions.

Many products sold by Auto Colour Paints & Abrasives, including paints, solvents, aerosols, power tools, workshop equipment, and machinery, may be hazardous if used incorrectly.

Appropriate safety equipment should always be used where required.

We shall not be liable for injury, loss, or damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, or failure to follow instructions.

9. Heavy Equipment and Freight Deliveries

Certain products may weigh between 20kg and 500kg and require specialized transport, lifting equipment, or assistance during delivery.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that:

  • Adequate access exists for delivery vehicles.

  • Suitable personnel are available to receive the goods.

  • Any required lifting equipment is available where necessary.

Additional charges may apply if delivery cannot be completed due to site access restrictions.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, graphics, images, product descriptions, text, and designs, is the property of Auto Colour Paints & Abrasives or its licensors.
