1. Delivery Areas

We offer nationwide shipping across South Africa.

Delivery is available to major cities, towns, and most outlying areas. Certain remote locations may require additional transit time or surcharges imposed by our courier partners.

2. Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or outside business hours will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Major metropolitan areas: 1–4 business days
Regional areas: 3–7 business days
Remote or outlying areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, stock availability, or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

Delivery location
Product dimensions
Product weight
Courier requirements

Heavy and oversized products may require special freight arrangements and may incur additional charges.

5. Heavy & Oversized Items

Many of our products, including workshop equipment, machinery, presses, engine cranes, compressors, and other industrial equipment, weigh between 20kg and 500kg.

These items may:

Require palletized freight transport.
Require special handling equipment.
Have longer delivery timeframes.
Be subject to additional freight charges.

If additional charges apply after checkout due to weight, dimensions, or delivery location, we will contact you before dispatching your order.

6. Order Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the contact information supplied at checkout is accurate.

7. Delivery Requirements

A responsible person must be available to receive and sign for the delivery.

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery and acceptance at the delivery address.

Please inspect all goods upon delivery and report any shortages, damage, or issues within 48 hours.

8. Failed Deliveries

Additional delivery charges may apply if:

Incorrect delivery information was provided.
No one is available to receive the order.
The courier is unable to access the delivery location.

9. Collection Option

Customers may choose to collect their orders directly from our store.

Collection details will be provided once the order is ready.

10. Hazardous Materials

Certain automotive paints, thinners, solvents, aerosols, and related products may be classified as hazardous goods and may be subject to special transport requirements.

Delivery timeframes for these products may differ from standard shipments.
